If the ordered products are not immediately available, www.ilrustico.com commits to promptly informing the buyer, providing the expected delivery time of 10 to 15 working days.

For buyers opting to pay via bank transfer: sending an email to info@ilrustico.com with the payment receipt, including a clear reference to the order number and personal details, will allow us to process the order immediately.

Upon shipment, the customer will receive an email confirming the shipping date and providing the carrier’s name and the tracking number. With the tracking number, it will be possible to track the shipment directly on the courier’s website.

Shipping

All shipments are carried out through DHL, TNT, SDA, and BRT couriers, which guarantee delivery within 24 to 48 hours in most parts of Italy, except for some hard-to-reach remote areas.

Shipping is free for orders exceeding €250.00 (ITALY ONLY).

For customers residing in the province of Catania, it is possible to arrange delivery directly, avoiding the courier and shipping costs. In this case, the customer must contact us at info@ilrustico.com before placing the order.

THE GOODS TRAVEL AT THE RISK AND RESPONSIBILITY OF THE BUYER. ilrustico.com can only be held accountable for product damage if the goods are received with a reservation and if the package is visibly damaged. This must be promptly reported via email to info@ilrustico.com.

The details entered during the purchase will automatically appear on the shipping documents. Therefore, we recommend carefully checking for errors or omissions in the address. Shipping to P.O. boxes is not allowed.
