The right of return does not apply to items made upon customer request, personalized or made to measure

They are made specifically at the time of acceptance of the order and therefore the right of return does not apply

Other products

the customer has the right to return within 30 days of delivery. The return is made at the customer’s expense and the product travels at the customer’s responsibility. Items returned broken due to unsuitable packaging by the customer will not be refunded.
